The move

Rebuilt the homepage using the Value Proposition Canvas: jobs, pains, triggers, gains, evidence. The headline became "Your Revenue Accelerator."

Why it worked

The old headline described the product. The new one described the buyer's situation and the result they wanted.

The number

+86% homepage conversions and 2x time on page (self-reported, Dec 2023 deck). 90%+ of revenue came inbound, per the CEO on the SaaS Club Podcast.
